We have this experience. We are DIRECT LAKEFRONT! No walking to a lake, no walking and sharing your beach!
Stay safe and have your very own experience today!
Year round lakefront cottage. Enjoy your own beach, dock, fire pit and covered porch. Sit in the 3 season sun room with ceiling fan and take in the view or read a good book on the wicker sofa. Head into the open concept living room/ kitchen through the french doors. Sit in front of the gas fire place or catch a good movie on the Amazon Firestick. When it is time for bed enjoy the bedroom with king size bed and a view of the lake or go up the spiral staircase where you can find 2 twin beds or push them together for an added king size bed and a view of the lake.
During the day enjoy our own half moon beach with 2 lounge chairs and access to the water. Enjoy the day fishing off the dock or use the kayaks provided for a scenic trip around the lake. In the evening sit out at the bench and look out at the lake or enjoy a nice fire in the fire pit. Please note we do have firewood for 5.00 per crate.

Any evidence of the following will result in immediate eviction with no refund or compensation of any kind:
Guests - Maximum number of 4 guests can occupy the property. There can be no additional overnight guests unless arrangements have been made at the time of booking or before arrival. Minimum age to rent is 25.
Visitors - Per our insurer, a limited number of named visitors are allowed to visit, but not without prior notice and approval of the owner. Please contact us with any request.
No Events - Guest(s) agree to not use the premises for any event, including but not limited to gatherings or parties of any kind, such as birthday parties, holiday events or parties, reunions, weddings, bridal or baby showers, fraternities / sorority functions, school, church or civic groups activities, nor any commercial activities or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation.
No Smoking / Vaping anywhere on the property, including inside the house. Smoking allowed outside by fire pit ONLY. Butts are to be disposed of properly and not left anywhere on the property.
No pets anywhere on the property.

Payment Policy
Paypal, cash, checks and credit cards.
Refundable Damage Deposit
A refundable contractual deposit of 300.00 is required . If the following provisions are met, your deposit will be returned to you within (10) days of your departure.
1) No damage is done to the home or contents.
2) No linens or household items are missing or stained. If something breaks or gets stained you MUST notify us or replace with like wise item. This includes any and all linens. If you stained it please replace it!
3) Check out is no later than 10 am (see above).
4) House has not been smoked in and no pets were inside or outside the premises.
5.) House is left just as you found it and there is no spillage on furniture or carpets that need professional cleaning. No stained or ruined linens.
6.) All rules are followed and exit checklist has been done.
7.) You have not canceled your stay.
8.) Max occupancy has not been exceeded and no pets have been on the property.
If a guest brings a pet on property without prior notification or invites additional guests not listed above without prior notification, it will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rental time, rental payment and security deposit. We also need the names of every guest staying at the time of booking.
Please note no refunds for falsified booking (name, age, group size etc). All guests must be know at time of booking. We reserve the right to charge extra fees for additional guests/visitors during your stay.

No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason. No cancellations due to weather.
A payment is required to hold your reservation. We must receive a personal check, money order or payment by credit card for the deposit within 7 days of initial booking. Once it is received, your dates are officially reserved.
The balance of the rental payment is due 60 and 30 days prior to check-in. Should you fail to send in payment or cancel a reservation before 60 days of arrival your booking will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited for non payment.
